Perfect as an aperitif, pairs well with pasta, light summer salad, fish, seafood,
fresh cheeses and chicken dishes.
If you prefer a sparkling wine slightly soften and sweater, we recommended that you add directly in the glass 9-10% of Malvirà Birbet and you will get a great fruity rosè to drink as an aperitif.
When deciding on the design of our wine labels, we wanted to stay close to Roero tradition, using symbols found on tarot cards combined with the wheel, an important local symbol, that is similar to the Conti Roero family coat of arms. The symbol of our Roero DOC wine label (an angel and a dragon bound to a wheel) also welcomes our visitors at the front gate of the winery.
